CHANGES
Changes are made within 14 working days from the day you receive your parcel. The change is made with products of equal or greater value.
In case of need of change, the first return and shipment of the new product to you is FREE. If other changes need to be made, then the shipping charge is 2.5 € for the return and another 2.5 € for the new shipment, and respectively 3 € for the province.
Every return is made exclusively through the company ELTTA Coorier.
If you make your return with any other courier company it is at your own risk and expense.
The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it and the special markings (tabs / barcode) have not been removed.

No changes are made with the "hand-in-hand" process for safety reasons, as quality control of products is necessary.
The company is not responsible for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is not obliged to replace these products.
MONEY RETURNS
Refunds are made within 14 days, The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it and the special markings (tabs / barcode) have not been removed. Proof of purchase must also be included.
In any other case a change is made with another product or number.
